Every fast-moving company has one job it hasn't named yet. They already have people who speak product, design, marketing, engineering, legal, data, and operations. Each person is fluent in their own language. Technical truth lives with the people building the thing. Practical truth lives in the system, the workflow, and the person who has to maintain it. Emotional truth lives with the person on the other end of the screen, trying to understand what just changed and what to do next. Most organizations assume those truths will meet naturally once everyone is in the same room. But those truths don't meet on their own. Each team speaks its own language. What they need is a translation layer.
